The Advisor intends to invest solely in Real Assets as an investment asset class that covers investments in physical assets such as Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”). Commercial Real Estate has an intrinsic physical worth due to its real estate consisting of land and buildings. The number of Commercial Real Estate Investment Properties pooling to develop the CRE POOL will overcollateralize over time. Many factors will affect the performance of the CRE FUND; there is no assurance that the CRE FUND will achieve its investment objectives.
The principal investment objective of the Advisor is to seek a positive return-on-investment (“ROI”) over various market cycles, with such returns derived from
Commercial Real Estate with a positive net present value (“NPV”). The Advisor also seeks, over time, to overcollateralize investments in the CRE FUND due to reinvesting regularly acquiring additional
Commercial Real Estate we expect to incrementally increase the CRE FUND in an amount that is equal to or exceeds the applicable Original Issue Discount as governed by the related issue
supplement.
The Advisor intends to select Commercial Real Estate with a positive net present value; setting a benchmark that each selected Commercial Real Estate Investment Property
must meet. Moreover, the Advisor generally seeks to provide a positive return-on-investment regardless of market direction due to reinvesting regularly acquiring additional Commercial Real Estate
compounding and overcollateralizing the CRE FUND to become larger than the original investment anticipating the realization of the required returns.
