The Advisor intends to invest solely in Real Assets typically investing in physical assets such as Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Commercial real estate has an intrinsic physical worth due to its real property consisting of land and any permanent structures or improvements attached to the land, whether natural or man-made. The Advisor intends to select commercial real estate previously and presently generating a positive predictable net rental yield setting a benchmark that each pooled commercial real estate investment property must meet for developing the Fund. Many factors will affect the performance of the Fund; and there is no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.
The investment objective of the Advisor is to seek a positive return-on-investment (ROI) over various market cycles, with such returns realized from pooled commercial real estate investment properties generating a positive predictable net rental yield developing the Fund. The Advisor also seeks long-term development of the Fund and has covenanted that all positive net rental yield realized by the pooled commercial real estate investment properties developing the Fund shall be structured for continuous reinvesting which we expect over time will incrementally overcollateralize the Fund to become larger than the principal in an amount that is equal to or exceeds the applicable original issue discount as governed by the related issue supplement.
