The Advisor intends to invest solely in Real Assets as an investment asset class that covers investments in physical assets such as Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Commercial real estate has an intrinsic physical worth due to its real estate: the land and any permanent structures or improvements attached to the land, whether natural or man-made. The number of commercial real estate investment properties pooling to develop the CRE POOL will overcollateralize over time. Many factors will affect the performance of the CRE FUND; and there is no assurance that the CRE FUND will achieve its investment objectives.
The investment objective of the Advisor is to seek a positive return-on-investment (ROI) over various market cycles, with such returns
derived from commercial real estate investment properties. The Advisor intends to select commercial real estate with a positive net present value (NPV) and in-place cash flow setting a benchmark that
each commercial real estate investment property must meet. The Advisor also seeks, over time, to overcollateralize investments in the CRE FUND by structured reinvesting we expect to incrementally
develop the CRE FUND to become larger than the principal in an amount that is equal to or exceeds the applicable original issue discount as governed by the related issue supplement. See “Item 8
Investment Strategies” for more information.
